Kesino App Terms & Conditions – Betting, Payment & Account Policies

Kesino App (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the service") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. This document sets out all the rules, rights, and responsibilities that apply to the use of Kesino App.

• If you register from outside Bangladesh, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or payment method is strictly prohibited.

To register with Kesino App, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete details may cause your account verification to fail and result in payout issues. Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory for withdrawals.

For KYC, you will need to submit: clear photos of both the front and back of your national ID, a selfie, and proof of address if required. Blurry or incomplete images will need to be resubmitted.

• KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours.
• Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility — never share it with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately.
• Kesino App reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, without providing a reason.

Kesino App currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Any changes to available payment methods will be updated on the website. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawals typically take between 15 minutes and 24 hours to process, depending on the payment method and banking hours. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, the corresponding funds will no longer be available in your account.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Once a bet is confirmed on Kesino App, it cannot be cancelled. Before placing a bet, carefully review the odds, market, and stake amount. Pressing the "Confirm Bet" button is final and cannot be undone.

Odds change rapidly in live or in-play betting. If the odds shift at the moment a bet is submitted due to network delay, the bet will be accepted at the new odds — or it may be voided and the stake returned.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — check your bet slip for details.
• In accumulator or multi-bets, all selections must be correct — a single wrong pick results in the entire bet being lost.
• Any bets accepted at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error will be considered void.
• If match-fixing or betting fraud is proven, the account will be permanently closed.

Kesino App regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page.

As a general rule, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real money by completing the required wagering amount. Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days, and any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per user, device, or payment method.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account suspended.

Kesino App operates as a fair and transparent platform. Certain activities are strictly prohibited — engaging in them will result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Participating in betting fraud or match fixing.
• Accessing or attempting to steal another user's account or personal information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to pass KYC verification using false information.

Matches or events may be cancelled or suspended for various reasons — including weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances. In such cases, Kesino App follows a defined policy.

The general rule is — if a match does not start within the scheduled time, or is abandoned before a minimum amount of play has been completed, the stake will be refunded. However, in cricket, a result determined by the DLS method is considered a valid result.

• In cricket, if a match is called off before a specified number of overs have been completed, the bet may be voided.
• In football, bets are generally voided if 90 minutes of play are not completed.
• In tennis, if a player retires before the first set is completed, the bet is void — retirement after the first set means the result stands.
• If a venue changes, bets generally remain valid — but in the case of a complete change of venue, Kesino App will review the situation accordingly.

Kesino App believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. That's why we provide a set of tools and policies to support our users' wellbeing, available to use at any time.

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits and bets.
• Temporarily pause your account for a set period (7 days to 6 months).
• Permanent self-exclusion — once set, your account will be closed for a minimum of 6 months or permanently.
• Your full betting history and spending records are available to view at any time.

Kesino App collects and processes users' personal information solely for the purposes of providing services, KYC verification, and fraud prevention. We never sell your data to third parties.
